Jehmlich provides you with solutions to processing problems and to the requirements of refinement and recycling in wide fields industries (basic, chemical, pharmaceutical, forestry, agricultural and food). soft up to medium hard, dry or wet anorganic materials, like limestone, chalk, silica, kaolin, clay, salt minerals, plaster, waste glass, fertilizer, washing powder and various chemicals;
Vegetable and animal, fatty or fibrous foodstuffs, luxury items, herbs and pharma plants, for example: cereals, potatoes, vegetables, milk powder, casein, pepper, clove, cumin, straw, reed, paper, cardboard, bones, hoofs, fish meal;

Jehmlich designs and manufactures mills and grinding machines both for laboratory work (10 ... 100 kg/h) as well as industrial grinding plant with a capacity of several tonnes per hour. Processing machines can be as single aggregate or as complete turn-key grinding plant in combination with assignment, settlement, dust extraction and sinking facilities. The safety requirements are taken into account by the appropriate selection of a suitable material particularly for the active grinding elements and by way of the necessary constructive measures. This is especially true for the grinding of explosive materials where Jehmlich designs and manufactures pressure shock-resistant, relieved or pressure-proof grinding plant and those rendering inert.
All Jehmlich plants are completely equipped with the necessary measurement and control technology. The installation and putting into operation of the grinding plant is carried out by highly qualified personnel. In all grinding plants there is offered a warranty period upto 36 months.
Jehmlich manufactures many different types of grinding mills designed to meet each product characteristics. Precrushing is performed when needed with swing hammer mills and roller mills. Pulverising and fine grinding can be achieved with many different types of milling elements like cross beater-disk rotor with screen plate, turborotor with screen plate, nose beater rotor with screen plate, pin-disk rotors.
