Process Engineering Solutions (PES) was founded in Athens in 2004 by a specialist with 30 years of experience in industrial process engineering. Before establishing PES, our founder spent a career designing, erecting and starting up industrial dairy drying plants — complex, high-value installations where equipment selection and process integration directly determine production outcomes.
That background shapes everything we do. When we recommend a vibrating screen separator, a microwave moisture sensor or an industrial mixer, we are not reading from a catalogue. We have worked inside these processes. We know what happens when you get the specification wrong.
A large distributor sells you equipment from a catalogue. PES has designed and started up the plants this equipment runs in. That's the difference between a supplier and an engineering partner.
A Career Built Inside Plants
Our founder began in dairy process engineering — one of the most demanding environments in food manufacturing, where hygiene, efficiency and yield interact at every stage. Over 30 years, this career covered the full lifecycle of industrial installations: from initial process design and equipment specification, through plant erection and commissioning, to optimisation under real production conditions.
That depth of experience is what clients get direct access to at PES. No sales teams. No account managers interpreting technical requirements at second hand. When you have a process problem or a specification question, you speak with the engineer.
